Occasionally SAMSUNG will notify You of any changes or updates to the SDK Terms, the Developer Terms Agreement, or any other applicable legal documents and You will be given an opportunity to review such changes or updates prior to Your acceptance. These SDK Terms are in addition to and supplement the SAMSUNG App Developer Terms of Service Agreement ('Developer Terms Agreement'), as provided to You through either from the SAMSUNG App Web Site, or as part of a separate developer service agreement.

If You disagree with any of these SDK Terms, do not click the 'I Agree' button, and SAMSUNG consequently does not grant You a license to use the SAMSUNG TV App SDK. By clicking the 'I AGREE' button below, and accessing and continuing to use the SAMSUNG TV App SDK, You agree and acknowledge that such shall signify Your binding acceptance of these SDK Terms (as updated from time to time), and You represent that You have the authority to form a binding contract. SAMSUNG may update, amend or modify these SDK Terms from time to time. (referred to here as 'SAMSUNG') makes available its application programming interface, code samples and related software tools (collectively, the 'SAMSUNG TV App SDK') and any technical documentation or other specifications SAMSUNG releases for exploitation of the SAMSUNG TV App SDK (the 'Documentation') subject to this License and Terms of Use agreement (the 'SDK Terms').
